Duration: 7 Days / 6 Nights
Course Date: 2nd- 7th, 14th – 20th, 24th-30th of every month.
Curriculum:
Daily Practice: Approximately 3–4 hours, including guided Yoga Nidra sessions, meditation, breath awareness, gentle yoga, theory, and self-reflection.
